#68 Hot Cross Buns

Still on Easter. But seriously. I took some hot cross buns to work today, and because they lack preservatives like the shop ones because they’re actually decent, they go hard fairly quickly. Not to worry. Bring in the microwave.

20 secs in that baby and these things are oozing with goodness. Warm and comforting, so soft and fluffy, mixed spice and cinnamon filling the air, delicious choc bits spotted throughout, the chocolate melting on my fingers…

Nom nom nom.
